Success

I truly believe you can succeed with some hard work and effort at most SoHo businesses out there as long as they offer a good product. Of course there are different compensation plans and qualification levels as well as earnings potentials. You have to review each plan carefully to see which one will be the best fit for you.

What To Consider When looking for a home business

• Is the company profitable with a track record?
• Is the company financially stable?
• Is the company making plans for expansion?
• Are the products and the services what people need and want?
• What is the earning potential? Is it unlimited?
• Does the business provide training, leadership and encourage teamwork?
• How long has the company been around and is it a simple and proven business that anyone can develop successfully?

What Are The Benefits?

• No experience necessary

• Low-to-No Financial Risk
• Being Your Own Boss
• Working the hours you choose
• No geographical Restrictions
• Potential for immediate Income
• Be Paid what you’re Really Worth
• Tax Advantages
• Free to travel, your business can go with you
• Open to anyone with a willing desire to achieve success

The first step, I believe, is to take the products you will be selling. This helps you to get excited about what you promoting and gives you a personal testimonial.

How Are You Going To Promote Your soho Business?

• The three foot rule
• Can you make a list of friends and family and do you feel comfortable with that.
• Pass out flyers or sizzle cards
• Car and flyer sized magnets
• Cold calling
• Bulletin boards
• Social media
• Advertisements

All of the above possibilities for building your business are just that possibilities.Whatever you choose be consistent. Consistency really is the key to being successful and staying that way.

Are you safe?

Approximately 533,000 jobs lost in November alone. Bank of America has announced they will slash 30-35 thousand jobs over the next 3 years. The government is seriously considering seizing your 401 k plans and turning it into a government sponsored retirement account. we would be forced to turn over our 401 K to the government. Our money would earn 3% in interest. American would then be forced by the government to contribute 5% of our yearly income to the new government run retirement plan.

Do you have a plan if the unthinkable happens? It does not have to be as scary as it seems if you are protected. Many people are starting their own Soho business. The reason for its popularity is that a SoHo business can be worked part-time until you achieve financial success levels that match your current job earning. At which point you can decide to go full time or continue to build your SoHo business on your off hours. Once you are able to reach that level though most people will go full time and leave their traditional 9-5 behind.

When you are looking for a SoHo business make sure they have over five years on the market, an understandable business idea, step-by-step training , support from the company as well as support within your group. I can help connect you to a company that offers all of these and more. Fill out the form to the right for more information.

What is the best advice you can receive when you are building your home business?

Work, work work. Nothing comes to you for free. If you want success, you must work at it. Work at it as hard as you did in your 9-5. Put in the hours now so that you can play later. Some of you may have a family to take care of and may have to keep your day job for a while. Give it the hours that you can but find a balance. Don't neglect your work at home business but don't neglect your family either.

Set goals for each. Set specific times you will work and times you will spend with your family. You cannot get those years back. If you are able to go full time in your business then give it all you would if your boss were standing over your shoulders. It will take longer if you cannot yet commit to full time but it will happen if you are dedicated.

Write down what you want. Where do you want to be in a year, 5 years, 20 years. What do you want your work at home business to look like. Once you write this down you can start making a plan to achieve your goals. How much would you realistically like to see yourself earning and by when? Would you like a new home? A car? To be able to pay for your children's college in full? Nothing is too much or too little. This is what you want. Not what you think you should want.

It is also good to create small goals within larger goals, sometimes seeing your progress in small steps is all you need to keep you on track.

Remember, you can achieve what you want to in your work at home business. You just have to set the wheels in motion and keep moving forward. We all have our ups and downs, these are just stepping stones to achieving your goals.

Why do many work at home businesses succeed while others fail?

There are some specific reasons why a some home business fail. One of the reasons is that when choosing a work at home business, the person did not do any research in the company they joined. They jumped headfirst before knowing anything about the company. Another problem is a lack of marketing experience. You need to know how to promote your business.

You don't need a degree but you need to know what options you have to promote your work at home business. That is where a good support plan within your company or group would come in. There are usually people who can help you decide what would be best for you and your business. They have been at it for awhile and are hopefully earning a decent income from it.

Another cause of failure is a lack of self discipline. You need to put a plan together and stick with it. Which brings us to time management. managing your time effectively is crucial. For the first few years. You need to treat it as a JOB. Make a plan, and each day follow that plan as though you are on a deadline.

The next point I want to make is about your expectations. Don't go into your home business all dreamy eyed thinking the money is just going to flow to you now that you have a work at home business. It does take hard work, it does take time and focused effort but the rewards out way the struggles if you stick with it.

The last thing I want to bring up is the people you surround your self with. Believe it or not, not everyone in your life wants you to succeed. They may not even realize they are being negative but sometimes even those closest too you may not offer support. You have to realize this and rise above it.

SoHo Marketing

With the economy in the state it is, it's no surprise that many people are looking for alternate ways to earn money. There are many different ways to earn extra money. One way to earn money would be to get a second job. That option however, does not offer you any freedom. As a matter of fact you have less time to spend with your family, travel or just enjoy life.

You can go through all of your closets, storage areas or your garage and find items to sell, either in a yard or garage sale or a flea market. There are even stores that will buy used clothing and toys that are in decent shape. The problem with this option is that it is temporary.

So what can you do to earn money on a more permanent basis and have more time and freedom to do the things you love?

Many people are choosing to start their own business. One of the benefits of a business is being able to set your own hours and days. With some time and effort invested the potential to make more money then you ever could have in your day job is great. A higher income would open up a whole new world to you.

You could visit other countries bringing you new experiences and cultures. More time to spend with your family, your current friends and to meet new friends.

Whether your like to go camping, skiing, hiking, biking, or boating. A business can help you to free up your time to do what you like and go where you want. Another great thing about your own business is that you can take it with you. The internet is everywhere. You want to make sure you are doing your research when looking into a new business.

There are many great companies out there with all kinds of great products and services to offer with many different compensation plans. If you need a place to start investigating a great work from home business, enter your information into the form to the right.

SoHo- Your Business

The idea of having your own soho business is something you have probably thought about, but you may be wondering if it is something that you can really do. Can you really make money working at home?

The idea can seem extremely intimidating. There are so many what ifs. What if I choose the wrong business? What if I don't have the self discipline. What if I don't get customers?
What if I fail?

  1. First of all, you can do anything you put your mind to. So, you do have to decide to do it, you have to be determined and you have to be clear that this is what you want to do.

  2. Secondly, to find the right soho business you just need to do a little research. Find out about the company you are looking into. How long have they been in business? What kind of compensation plan do they have? What kind of support is offered by the company. Talk to others who are in the business.

  3. The third thing I want to talk about is self discipline. This is the reason you have to make up your mind about your soho business. Treat it like a "regular job". Make a plan as to what you are going to do each day and stick to it. With the right soho business you should be able to work with others in your group to help you design a daily or weekly plan that will work for you.

  4. This brings us to customers. There are many options when you want to attract customers to your soho business. There are many old school methods such as flyers, signs, ads, and leads, but these can become very expensive and time consuming for such a small return. So far the best way I have found to get customers is to buy them.

I don't have to buy leads or ads or run around putting flyers on cars and then wait for the calls to come in. Calls from people who may be serious or not and then spend a bunch of time convincing them that what I have they need. Not that there is anything wrong with that method, but it is so much easier to simply buy a customer who is already buying the product I want to market to them and make money off of what ever they are buying.

If you want new customers every month for you and your downline, fill in the below boxes and you will be contacted on how to get customers every single month.

Even if you have nice things is there really time to enjoy them? you have to work and work very very hard to get those things.

What are you options for ensuring you have not only what you need but what you want and then that you have the time to enjoy them.
